Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, transit time is 5 to 8 business days within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Once your grill, pergola, or fire table ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to follow your order directly through the carrier's website at any time.

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your order number and the item you would like instead, and we will walk you through the next steps based on our Return Policy.

Most of our pergolas ship with detailed assembly instructions and all necessary hardware. Assembly is completed by you at home, and we recommend having a second person available for larger structures. Feel free to contact us if you have questions during the process.
